The school district will comply with the Omnibus Transportation Employee Testing Act of 1991, as amended. The Superintendent or his/her designee will implement procedures to conduct alcohol and drug tests for all safety sensitive transportation employees as required by the Testing Act. Compliance with the Omnibus Transportation Employee Testing Act of 1991, as amended, will be included in the contract with the private bus transportation carrier.
