The Board will participate in goal-setting and self-evaluation activities developed or recommended by the Building Administrator or Superintendent at least annually. Particular attention will be given to board goals and performance in the following areas:

Board interpersonal communication skills

Board-Administrator relations

Fiscal/budget management

The instructional program

Labor relations

Board inservice training

Government relations
