The meeting was called to order by John at 12:05.

Lisa made motion, seconded by Karen to appoint John as the board clerk. The motion passed unanimously.

The board discussed the bond warning. The date of Tuesday, October 28 was set for the public meeting to discuss and answer questions re. the bond. This meeting will be held in the gym at the Moretown Elementary School between 6pm and 7pm on October 28.

Karen made a motion to accept and sign the warning as written for the bond vote for necessary repairs and improvements to the roofs and related building structures at a total estimated cost of $700,000. (The full resolution is attached in these minutes). John seconded this motion. The motion passed unanimously.

On a motion made by John, seconded by Lisa the meeting was adjourned at 12:25.
