Present: Lisa Ransom, Deb Hunter, Jay Pilliod, John Schmeltzer, Roberta Barone and John Pike

The meeting was called to order by Deb Hunter at 6:08pm.

Discussion focused on FY2008 budget.

On a motion by John, seconded by Jay, the board went to Executive session at 6:35 to discuss contract negotiations.

The board came out of Executive session at 6:58.

On a motion by Jay, seconded by Lisa the board approved the following board orders:

#54 for 1504.99; #55 for 381.98; #56 for 42.12; #57 for 1,306,738.61.

The next meetings are warned for January 4, 2007 at 6pm.and January 16^th at 6pm. The board hopes have a budget approved by the conclusion of its January 16^th meeting.

On a motion by John Schmeltzer, seconded by Deb the meeting adjourned at 7:14pm.
