Special School Board Meeting
Moretown Elementary School library, March 24, 2008
Present:
Board Members: Chuck Abare, Amy Bolger, and John Schmeltzer
School Administrators: Roberta Barone
The meeting was called to order at the MES library at 5:12 p.m. by John Schmeltzer, Chair.
Bids from Electrical Contractors
On a motion by Amy, seconded by Chuck, the board gave Roberta/Jay the authority to invite 3-5 selected contractors to bid on electrical work needed to upgrade our existing system.
At 5:20 Jay Pilliod joined the meeting.
Teacher’s Contracts
On a motion by Jay, seconded by Amy, the board voted to authorize John to sign on its behalf and offer contracts to all existing faculty and staff at Moretown Elementary.
Adjournment
On a motion by Jay, seconded by John, the meeting adjourned at 5:42.
