School Board Members Present: Lisa Ransom, Karen Horn, John Schmeltzer, Jay Pilliod, Kaj Samsom.

Others Present: Michelle Baker, Roberta Barone

Discussion about delegating a new Board member to be responsible for Board orders. Kaj will take that responsibility going forward.

Budget discussion ensued led by Michelle and Roberta. Draft budget does not exceed the two vote threshold given current estimates.

John announced that the Select Board has discussed with him the desire to delay payment to the school district for property taxes. Michele announced this would have a cost to the school. John will talk again to the select board for more detail.

Roberta gave an update on the Building odor issues, appears to not be mold but every caution is being taken, including shifting rooms and schedules were necessary to keep kids and staff away from any noticeable odors.

John gave an update on the Secondary disinfection system which appears to be within budget

November 4^th, October 3^rd and September 29^th minutes were all approved

Karl Wimble came representing the Moretown Taxpayers for Common Cents. Expresses concern with School dollars being spent on fighting the quarry. Some discussion ensued.
