Motion made by LR to approve the minutes of 1/6, 1/8 and 1/27 seconded by KH, approved by all.

Superintendent Search: JS gave a brief update on the superintendent search. Progress is good.

Washington West Executive Committee update given by LR. Resolution (attached) was moved by LR and seconded by KH. KS abstained, all others voted in favor. Motion passed.

RB discussed the NECAP scores and the very positive results posted by Moretown.

Building and Roof Repair update: KS made a motion, seconded by JP to give JS the authority to sign a contract with Dore & Whittier.

Tuition rates discussed. LR made a motion, seconded by JP to accept the tuition rates prepared by Michelle Baker. (see attached 1/30/09 email from MB to Board). Motion passed unanimously.

Stimulus package discussed, particularly the possibility of the availability of construction funds for MES capital aid.

Support Staff Negotiations update.

Motion by KS seconded by LR to approve the following Board Orders. Approved unanimously.
