Motion made by KS, seconded by LR to give JS the authority to sign the teacher's contracts. Motion approved unanimously.

Motion made by LR, seconded by KS to give JS the authority to sign the side letter of agreement for a support staff contract. Motion approved unanimously.

Motion made by LR seconded by JS to approve the minutes of the 3.2.09 and 3.10.09. Approved unanimously.

Rob Williams of Dore & Wittier presented the results of the pre-qualification process for GCs and Roofing contractors. KS asked Rob whether he had any familial or financial interests

Motion made by LR seconded by KS to set the following dates and amounts for Liquidated Damages:

Aug 25^th deadline for interior work starts a $1,000/day damage (based on a 7 day week)

and Total Project by September 29 @ $500/day. (based on a 7 day week)

D&W has already identified qualifying roofers and is completing reference checks. A motion was made by JS seconded by JP to pre-qualify a slate of roofers based on the forthcoming recommendation of Dore & Wittier. Approved Unanimously.
