LR made a motion to approve the minutes of the 6/12/09 meeting with a small correction Seconded by JP. Approved by all.

LR gave an update of the WW executive committee.

JP gave an update on the roof project. We discussed the septic roof as well, including the possibility of community involvement.

JS gave an update on quarry legal expenses.

JS gave an update on the trail project and the Land Management Plan.

Support Staff negotiations: KS moved DC seconded to go into executive session at 8:35pm. Approved by all.

Came out of executive session at 8:45pm

KS made a motion, seconded by DC to give authority to JS to sign the contracts for two individuals for summer work. Approved by all

DL gave the principals update. DL discussed action/strategic priorities with the Board.

Discussed changing fall meeting dates to Mondays:
