The fuel contract bids, as compiled by Michelle Baker, were reviewed. A motion was made by JP, seconded by JS to award the contract to FG White. Approved by all.

Search for a Roof Project Clerk of the Works was discussed. A motion was made by KS, seconded by LR to authorize JP & JS to act on behalf of the full board in selecting a Clerk of the Works. Approved by all.
